- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and resuscitations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing registration/license
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Experience in ventilator management and critical care monitoring is highly desirable

- Naoero Medical Centre is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated ICU Nurse to provide high quality nursing care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment while contributing to the delivery of essential healthcare services in the Republic of Nauru.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high dependency patients.
