General

  • Understand and comply with corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to MOHG Code of Conduct and all rules, regulations, and requirements
  • Support learning and development activities
  • Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality
  • Support Safe, Sound and Sustainable policies
  • Comply with MOHG Social Media Policy
  • Zero tolerance on harassment or discrimination
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by management

Departmental

  • Have a very good understanding of food and beverage offerings and explain to guests
  • Display proper phone etiquette and register guest details
  • Maintain smooth communication with kitchen staff
  • Advise guests on preparation time, delivery, and policies
  • Assure guest orders are complimented and special requests considered
  • Coordinate and assist IRD Manager on VIP amenities delivery
  • Help IRD Server in setting up and clearing In Room Dining tables
  • Track timely delivery of orders and collection of trolleys
  • Maintain knowledge of point of sales and perform billing tasks
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by IRD Manager

Colleague Relations

  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and superiors to avoid misunderstanding
  • Inform management and kitchen of special guest preferences or allergies
  • Be a team player and assist in service procedures

Guest Relations

  • Warmly engage with guests while taking orders and provide suitable suggestions
  • Listen carefully to ensure all needs are met
  • Ensure personalized experience in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction per MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences
  • Monitor and follow through on VIP orders
  • Create WOW moments for guests
  • Maintain guest database and record preferences
  • Listen to customer complaints and resolve or refer to manager
