Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with strong project execution, technical knowledge, and team leadership skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects from design coordination through project completion.
- Plan project activities, resources, schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, material submittals, and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical and site issues.
- Lead and motivate project and site teams to achieve project targets.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out of projects.
Requirements
- Experienced in HVAC project execution and technical coordination.
- Able to plan project activities, resources, schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Able to review HVAC drawings, specifications, material submittals, and technical requirements.
- Able to monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Able to identify project risks and resolve technical and site issues in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project standards.
- GCC experience is preferred.
