Mechanical (HVAC) Project Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant/client, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15+ years in Mechanical/HVAC Construction Field, 7-10 years of experience in Mechanical (HVAC) project management, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• PMP certification is a plus.
