- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and corporate objectives
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and Emiratization initiatives
- Facilitate performance management processes and support leadership teams in developing high performing employees
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and HR policies
- Support organizational development, restructuring, and change management initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and people data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment and retention strategies
- Drive employee engagement and culture enhancement programs
- Ensure compliance with United Arab Emirates Labour Law, internal policies, and governance requirements
- Coach and support managers on people related matters and leadership effectiveness
Requirements
- UAENational (Family Book)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with proven HR Business Partnering experience
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Performance Management
- Experience working within large organizations, government, semi government, transportation, logistics, or service sectors is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
