Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented

Hr Officer

to manage workforce data, track timekeeping, and drive administrative workflows.

The ideal candidate will handle heavy data entry, maintain strict attendance records, and closely follow up on pending operational tasks.

Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter employee details, contracts, and personal documents into the HRIS database.
  • Update digital and physical personnel folders according to compliance laws.
  • Cross-check data against original source files to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Log employee status changes, vacation balances, and visa renewal documents.
  • Gather weekly and monthly employee timesheets across various departments.
  • Audit attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and unexcused absences.
  • Resolve errors in time logs by contacting regional supervisors directly.
  • Proactively monitor pending task lists, internal approvals, and management sign-offs.
  • Track the lifecycle of employee requests from submission to final delivery.
  • Follow up with third-party providers regarding health insurance.
