About the Role

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation
- Plan and oversee manpower requirements and workforce planning
- Advertise job vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, and select suitable employees
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction for new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documents are valid
- Manage employee accommodation and transportation arrangements
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare and submit HR reports to General Manager and Corporate Office
- Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience with at least 2 years at managerial level
- Preferably in hospitality business
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Good English communication skills both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.
- Plan and oversee manpower requirements and workforce planning.

- Screen applications, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and select suitable employees.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure all employee documents, licenses, visas, IDs, and certifications are valid and properly filed.
- Verify the accuracy of HR records, attendance, leave balances, and personnel files.
- Manage employee accommodation, including room allocation, maintenance coordination, cleanliness, utilities, and resolving accommodation related issues.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees.
- Ensure employee welfare, health, safety, and well being in the workplace.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
Job Requirement
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive HR experience at least 5 years with a minimum of 2 years in managerial level. Preferably in a hospitality business.
- Strong knowledge in the principles and practices of all HR functions.
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Computer literate.
- Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
