- Provide alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage service to guests according to service rules and standards
- Prepare and mix all types of drinks and cocktails based on standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of bar area, chillers, fridges, bar floor, storage areas, and equipment
- Prepare daily bar inventory and sales reports, inter transfer reports, and breakage/spoilage/spillage reports
- Handle cashiering tasks when assigned and validate guest orders
- Boost sales of wines and spirits in the bar
Requirements
- At least vocational diploma in any discipline; certificate or diploma in Bartender highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years of bartender experience
- Good knowledge of various drinks and beverages, creativity in preparing new concoctions
- Good English communication skills both written and spoken
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Provides alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages service to guests according to prescribed service rules and standards with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Prepares and mixes all types of drinks and cocktails based on standardized recipes.
- Organizes all stocks in the bar and store room in a professional manner.
- Maintains and ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, chillier, fringes, bar floor, storage areas and all equipment and tools inside the bar.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepares Daily Bar Inventory and Sales Report, Inter Transfer Report, Daily Breakage/Spoilage/Spillage Report, Full Bottle Sales Report, Daily operating equipment inventory for the bar.
- Prepares Beverage Supplies, Operating Supplies and Food Supplies Requisition for the Bar.
- Maintains bar stock according to established par stock level and arranges requisitioned items according to appropriate storage condition.
- Maintains adequate bar supplies such as napkins, straws, cocktail picks, etc., arranges them neatly in assigned areas.
- Handles cashiering tasks when assigned in Outlets with self cashiering like Pool Side.
- Validates guest orders in the guest check and computes total sales.
- Turns over sales and report for the day to the Head Cashier.
- Maintains clean and sufficient operating equipment such as glassware, bar tools and equipment, chinaware, etc.
- Handles orderly stocking of glassware and ensures adequate stock and inventory is maintained.
- Conducts monthly inventory of operating equipment in the bar.
- Cleans and controls the bar chiller and wine chiller daily.
- Chills and cools sufficient beverage supplies at appropriate serving temperature before service hours.
Job Requirements
- At least vocational diploma in any discipline. Certificate or diploma in Bartender is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years in bartender experience.
- Good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage, creativity in preparing new concoctions.
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
