- Demonstrated success in building HR departments, frameworks, and capabilities from the ground up
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect people strategy to commercial performance
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to engage C suite, board, and operational leaders
- Broad HR expertise spanning talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations
- Strategic thinker with hands on, execution focused approach
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills
- Experience working across multiple business units, entities, or geographies highly desirable

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and hands on HR Lead to establish and lead the Human Resources function for a diversified holding group based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the HR function from the ground up while partnering with senior leaders across the Group and its operating businesses.
- This role requires a commercially minded HR professional who can influence at all levels, drive organizational effectiveness, and deliver people strategies that enable business growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant professional HR certifications
- 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within startup, scale up, entrepreneurial, or high growth environment
- Demonstrated success in building HR departments, frameworks, and capabilities from the ground up
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to commercial performance
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence and credibility to engage and influence at all organizational levels, including C suite executives, board members, and operational leaders
- Broad HR expertise spanning talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations
- Strategic thinker with a hands on, execution focused approach
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills
