Position Summary
Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources (HR) Manager.
The role supports workforce development, organizational compliance, and high-performance culture across manufacturing and retail operations.
The position is based at the Jeddah head office and production facility and is full-time.
Company Overview
Sealy Mattress Middle East manufactures and distributes Sealy bedding products in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
The family-owned organization operates a production facility in Jeddah Industrial City and focuses on premium manufacturing standards and sleep technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop HR plans aligned with production, retail showroom, and logistics milestones.
- Manage compliance with MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Saudi Labor Law.
- Monitor Saudization and Nitaqat rates and use local employment initiatives to support talent acquisition.
- Oversee recruitment for factory management, supply chain supervisors, sales executives, and corporate administrative professionals.
- Lead employee evaluations, KPI setting, and succession planning.
- Supervise payroll, end-of-service benefits, HRIS records, and private health insurance programs.
- Manage grievances and conflict resolution and foster an inclusive, safe, and motivating culture.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least six years of progressive human resources management experience.
- Experience with HRIS, Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, and localized ERP systems such as Odoo.
- Native-level Arabic and professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or fast-moving supply chain industries is desirable.
