About Sealy Mattress Middle East
Regional manufacturer and licensor of Sealy products, including Posturepedic mattress collections and ergonomic sleep solutions.
Serves premium retail, wholesale, and major commercial contract markets across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, negotiate, and close new business with furniture retailers, wholesale distributors, independent bedding retailers, and hospitality projects.
- Maintain strategic key-account relationships and ensure premium product positioning and brand alignment.
- Develop outdoor sales plans and local promotions to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Secure corporate contract sales with hotels, real estate developers, and high-ticket project managers.
- Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor movements in premium bedding and luxury home furnishings.
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline health tracking, and performance reports using CRM and sales reporting tools.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of outdoor sales experience in consumer goods, home furnishings, or bedding.
- Distributor network or retail key-account management experience is highly desired.
- Must reside in the UAE and understand the Dubai consumer and commercial market.
- Native-level Arabic and business-level English proficiency are required.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities are required.
- ERP or CRM software and Microsoft Excel proficiency are required.
- A valid UAE driving license and extensive travel across Dubai are required.
