- Manage employee documents, contracts, letters, and records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee HR queries and administrative requests
- Coordinate with HR teams, payroll, immigration, and shared services teams
- Ensure employee data is updated in HR systems
- Understand UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait labor laws and HR regulations
- Ensure company policies comply with local laws
- Support audits, legal documentation, and policy updates
- Manage Emiratization/Nationalization requirements
- Register national employees in pension schemes (e.g., UAE Pension Fund)
- Coordinate with government portals such as Nafis and pension authorities
- Translate HR documents and official communications into Arabic
Requirements
