- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave records
- Track and validate employee timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Provide accurate attendance and timesheet data inputs for payroll
- Assist with invoice preparation related to manpower or client billing
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3 5 years of experience in HR operations/admin focused role
- Strong experience in attendance, leave, timesheet, and invoicing processes
- Good understanding of payroll inputs and HR systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR software

Job Purpose
- The HR Generalist will primarily focus on HR operations and administrative activities, ensuring smooth day to day employee lifecycle management.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle day to day HR administrative tasks efficiently
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave records
- Maintain accurate leave balances and ensure proper approvals
- Generate attendance reports and address discrepancies
- Track and validate employee timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Coordinate with employees and managers to ensure timely submissions
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data for payroll processing
- Provide accurate attendance and timesheet data inputs for payroll
- Assist with invoice preparation related to manpower or client billing
- Coordinate with finance teams for invoice validation and submission
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations/admin focused role
- Strong experience in attendance, leave, timesheet, and invoicing processes
- Good understanding of payroll inputs and HR systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR software
