A leading UAE-based real estate development and investment organization is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the HR function across its hospitality portfolio. The role oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, Emiratization, and UAE labor law compliance.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Lead Emiratization initiatives and ensure achievement of national workforce targets
- Manage relationships with government authorities and relevant stakeholders
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce challenges and staffing requirements
- Support pre opening and expansion projects from an HR perspective, if applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality sector
- Must have a UAE family book
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is highly desirable
