- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
- Support organizational design, succession planning, and change management initiatives
- Advise managers on HR policies, Labour Law, and best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure HR processes comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience working within the public sector or a large, complex organization is an advantage

Overview
- Our client, a leading Dubai Government entity, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. This position is part of the organization's Emiratization initiative.
