Responsibilities
- Act as a primary HR point of contact for a designated business team, building strong relationships with leadership and employees.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and headcount optimization to support business strategy.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, mid year and annual reviews, calibration, and development planning.
- Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and change management activities linked to ongoing transitions and restructuring.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases, grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance improvement plans, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring and onboarding of key roles for the assigned business team.
- Work with Compensation & Benefits to support salary reviews, promotions, and internal mobility, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Use HR data and analytics to generate insights, manage people dashboards, and support evidence based decision making.
- Coordinate with HR Operations on all lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits) for the assigned population.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least several years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent advisory role
- Experience within investment management, financial services, sovereign wealth, private equity, or similar corporate/investment environments preferred
- Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, change heavy environment
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage

Role Summary

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Ideally 6–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least several years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent advisory role.
- Experience within investment management, financial services, sovereign wealth, private equity, or similar corporate/investment environments is preferred, though strong candidates from other industries will be considered.
- Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, change heavy environment.
