We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented
People Administrator
to join our People & Culture Operations team.
This role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy across HR systems, payroll inputs, and employee records, while delivering a seamless and efficient experience for both employees and the business.
HR Operations, Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems (Employee Central), including new joiners, transfers, promotions, and leavers
- Ensure data integrity across all employee information, payroll inputs, and organisational structures
- Raise and manage IT tickets related to employee lifecycle changes and system updates
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and data management practices
Payroll, Insurance & People Finance Support
- Provide accurate payroll inputs, supporting calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
- Assist with employee insurance administration, including enrolments, updates, and renewals
- Support tracking of employee costs, provisions, and financial data in collaboration with Finance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and UAE labour law requirements
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Administration
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and job offers in line with approved templates
- Coordinate pre-onboarding documentation and maintain accurate candidate records
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent new joiner experience
- Work closely with PRO and internal teams to support visa and work permit documentation
Employee Lifecycle & Offboarding
- Manage administrative aspects of employee exits, ensuring all documentation and clearances are completed
- Coordinate with Finance and IT to ensure smooth offboarding processes
- Support end-of-service calculations and documentation
Employee Support & Operational Excellence
- Respond to employee requests such as employment letters, salary certificates, and NOCs
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including welcome kits and recognition activities
- Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in HR operations or HR administration within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, payroll administration, and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Experience working with UAE labour law and HR practices
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
