Responsibilities
- Execute HR business partnering strategies aligned with organizational goals and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Manage workforce planning, headcount, budgets, employee movements, performance management, and team development
- Oversee outsourced workforce lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and vendor performance
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and policy interpretation
- Lead Emiratization initiatives, monitor nationalization targets, and ensure adherence to MOHRE regulations
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, workforce utilization, and Emiratization
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D, HR Operations, and business units to deliver integrated HR solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Hold CIPD/SHRM or equivalent certification
- 5 7 years of experience in HR business partnering or related roles
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
- Experience with outsourced workforce and vendor management
- Experience in Emiratization initiatives and compliance
- Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics

Job Summary
