Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 3 5 years of school / academic leadership experience preferably within American curriculum schools
- Familiarity with UAE school regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism

Position Overview
- The Hub Manager is responsible for managing the operation of the learning hub.
- As a key member of the leadership team, the role ensures the delivery of high quality academic and operational outcomes.
- Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Hub Manager drives student enrollment growth, retention, and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a member of the iCademy Middle East leadership team, reporting to the Head of School.
- Contributes meaningfully to the development and implementation of the school’s Strategic Plan.
- Manages the day to day operations of the learning hub.
- Holds accountability for growth and retention of student enrollment numbers.
- Reports and coordinates with the Head of School and Hub Leads regarding academic performance.
- Assists the Head of School in accreditation tasks.
- Responsible for recruitment and hiring of Learning Coaches and other academic staff.
- Works closely with Hub staff to achieve high standards of student engagement and achievement.
- Manages student behavioral issues and coordinates parent meetings.
- Supervises non academic matters such as policies, scheduling, activities, and parent meetings.
- Maintains uniformity and implementation of Hub procedures and policies.
- Works with Head of School and General Manager to develop, implement and manage the Hub budget.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- 3 5 years of school / academic leadership experience preferably within American curriculum schools
- A passion for education and for the development and well being of students and staff
- Familiarity with the school regulatory requirements of the UAE
- Experience in online education, or the desire to develop understanding of online learning
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and professionalism, including ability to work virtually
