Position Overview

  • The Hub Manager is responsible for managing the operation of the learning hub.
  • As a key member of the leadership team, the role ensures the delivery of high quality academic and operational outcomes.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Hub Manager drives student enrollment growth, retention, and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as a member of the iCademy Middle East leadership team, reporting to the Head of School.
  • Contributes meaningfully to the development and implementation of the school’s Strategic Plan.
  • Manages the day to day operations of the learning hub.
  • Holds accountability for growth and retention of student enrollment numbers.
  • Reports and coordinates with the Head of School and Hub Leads regarding academic performance.
  • Assists the Head of School in accreditation tasks.
  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring of Learning Coaches and other academic staff.
  • Works closely with Hub staff to achieve high standards of student engagement and achievement.
  • Manages student behavioral issues and coordinates parent meetings.
  • Supervises non academic matters such as policies, scheduling, activities, and parent meetings.
  • Maintains uniformity and implementation of Hub procedures and policies.
  • Works with Head of School and General Manager to develop, implement and manage the Hub budget.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 3 5 years of school / academic leadership experience preferably within American curriculum schools
  • A passion for education and for the development and well being of students and staff
  • Familiarity with the school regulatory requirements of the UAE
  • Experience in online education, or the desire to develop understanding of online learning
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and professionalism, including ability to work virtually
