About the Role
iCademy Middle East is hiring an Arabic Language Learning Coach to provide face-to-face academic support to students at the iCademy Learning Hub in Dubai. The coach will work individually and in small groups to strengthen Arabic proficiency, monitor progress, and promote independence.

Responsibilities
- Provide face to face support in Arabic Language to students individually and in small groups
- Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills in Arabic
- Reinforce teacher instruction and clarify concepts when required
- Guide students through assignments, projects, assessments, and examination preparation
- Monitor and record student attendance daily
- Track student engagement and assignment completion
- Identify students who may be falling behind and implement timely interventions
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding attendance, engagement, and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Education, or Arabic Literature
- Valid KHDA approval and/or UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) Teaching License
- Proven experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or supporting both native and non native Arabic speakers across a range of grade levels
- Strong understanding of Arabic language acquisition, literacy development, and effective instructional practices for diverse learners
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with educational learning platforms, technology enhanced instruction and Microsoft Office applications

Position Overview
- The Arabic Language Learning Coach provides face to face academic support and guidance to students attending the iCademy Learning Hub.
- Works closely with students individually and in small groups to support understanding, engagement, organization, and progress in Arabic Language.
- Focuses on helping students access the curriculum, strengthen Arabic language proficiency and achieve academic success while promoting independence, accountability, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide face to face support in Arabic Language to students individually and in small groups.
- Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills in Arabic.

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Education, or Arabic Literature; additional qualification in Social Studies, History, or Geography preferred.
