Responsibilities
- Acts as a member of the iCademy Middle East leadership team, reporting to the Head of School.
- Contributes meaningfully to the development and implementation of the school’s Strategic Plan.
- Manages the day to day operations of the learning hub.
- Holds accountability for growth and retention of student enrollment numbers.
- Reports and coordinates with the Head of School and Hub Leads regarding the academic performance of the students in the program.
- Assists the Head of School in accreditation tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Head of School.
- Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Learning Coaches and other academic staff.
- Works closely with the Hub staff to achieve high standards of student engagement and achievement.
- Manages student behavioral issues as they arise, in cooperation with the Learning Coaches and coordinates and conducts meetings with parents as necessary.
- Supervises and oversees non academic matters such as the development and implementation of operational and daily policies, scheduling, activities, in person parent meetings and other general issues.
- Maintains uniformity and implementation of the Hub procedures and policies according to school requirements.
- Works closely with the Head of School and General Manager to develop, implement and manage the Hub budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- 3 5 years of school / academic leadership experience preferably within American curriculum schools
- A passion for education and for the development and well being of our students and staff
- Familiarity with the school regulatory requirements of the UAE
- Experience in online education, or the desire to develop and understanding of online learning
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and professionalism, including the ability to work virtually with colleagues and supervisors located around the world.

Position Overview
