About the Role

- Promote safe behaviors and support HSE activities across the Service Cluster and project sites
- Drive improvements in safety culture and environmental practices through company programs
- Manage HSE reporting, including incidents and KPIs
- Support HSE Managers and site teams by giving expert advice and participating in audits
- Coordinate and interact with HSE Advisors and site teams through meetings and follow ups
- Ensure all HSE actions are completed on time and support incident investigations
- Maintain good coordination with site HSE teams and support accurate reporting
- Share lessons learned and best practices across all project sites
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Help improve HSE reporting systems and data analysis
- Support training and awareness on HSE standards and requirements
