Designation :-
Health, Safety and Environment Officer
- Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports. Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to implement safety improvements. Support emergency response planning and drills.
Requirements
- **Emiratis**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HSE experience (fresh graduates with HSE certifications may also be considered).
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and industrial safety standards. NEBOSH/IOSH certification is preferred. Good communication and reporting skills.
