About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive materials in line with PO requirements and conduct inspection as per specifications
- Tag materials for proper identification and traceability
- Ensure proper preservation and storage in line with quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records aligned with system stock
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP system in a timely manner
- Process delivery notes and return entries in ERP system
- Prepare delivery plans based on customer PO delivery schedules
- Coordinate and secure delivery appointments with customers
- Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and HSE guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- High School or Diploma
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Basic ERP/system knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- UAE National (Emirati) required

Job Objective
- To ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations through effective coordination of material receipt, storage, documentation, and delivery activities, while maintaining strong communication, system accuracy, and adherence to company policies and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Receive materials in line with PO requirements
- Conduct inspection of materials as per specifications
- Verify materials against CoC and Test Certificates
- Ensure discrepancies are immediately reported and coordinated
- Tag materials for proper identification and traceability
- Ensure proper preservation and storage in line with quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records aligned with system stock
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconciliation
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP system in a timely manner
- Process delivery notes and return entries in ERP system
- Process Advance Ship Notices in ADNOC SAP Portal
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audit compliance
Specialized Knowledge, Ability & Skills
- Efficient material handling, and a commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, with a focus on maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Basic ERP/system knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience & Academic Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience similar role
- High School or Diploma

- Timely coordination of deliveries
- Accurate documentation, clarifications and approvals
- IT coordination to suit the best practices for accurate results
