Role Overview

The role is a hands-on HR techno-functional position responsible for managing and improving D365 HR and a complementary HR platform.

The successful candidate owns HR systems day to day and personally delivers configuration, reporting, and support while coordinating IT and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain D365 HR, including configuration and system administration.
  • Deliver HR technology enhancements and integrations hands-on.
  • Work with HR, IT, and vendors to build and roll out practical solutions.
  • Build and run people analytics, workforce reporting, and dashboards.
  • Administer Core HR, Leave and Absence, Compensation, and Talent modules.
  • Perform system testing, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate super users and external providers as the main platform contact.
  • Produce reports and insights to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering D365 HR across Core HR, Leave and Absence, Compensation, and Talent modules.
  • At least one full-cycle HR system implementation with involvement from design through go-live and support.
  • Practical people analytics and HR reporting experience, including dashboards and reports.
  • Sound HR functional knowledge covering payroll, performance management, job architecture, grading, compensation, and benefits.
  • At least five years of experience in a hands-on HRIS or HR systems role.
  • Experience with at least one Learning Management System and one Applicant Tracking System.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with System Integrator and Application Management Services partners in a multi-vendor environment is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated GCC industries, particularly government or financial services, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and vendor coordination skills are preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, HR, Finance and Operations, SHRM, CIPD, or HRIS certifications are preferred.
