- Develop HR technology investments/utilization strategy with senior leadership
- Budget CAPEX/OPEX for HR IT systems and manage budgets and vendor contracts
- Identify automation opportunities and monitor new developments
- Collate and analyze business requirements and formulate solutions
- Prioritize, plan, and implement HR IT projects and enhancements
- Conduct service reviews and manage stakeholder accounts
- Control testing and sign off of projects, enhancements, and releases
- Act as HR technology centre of excellence and support training

Job Description
- You will work to continuously provide improved systems functionality and ensure proposed systems deliver expected business results.
- You will support process improvements and standardization of procedures.
In this role you will
- Develop HR technology investments/utilization strategy in liaison with HR Senior Leadership.
- Budget CAPEX/OPEX investments for HR IT systems and manage budgets/vendor contracts.
- Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor new developments and advise business areas on changes and best practices.
- Collate and analyze business requirements/system enhancement requests.
- Suggest, formulate, and document solutions working with IT.
- Prioritize, plan, and follow through to implementation all HR IT projects.
- Establish and conduct Work Programme and service reviews with key stakeholders.
- Build partnerships with internal technology teams and vendors.
- Control testing and sign off of projects, enhancements, patches, and new releases.
- Work with IT to ensure support calls are resolved within SLA.
- Act as HR technology centre of excellence by supporting training and providing expert advice.
