- Attend briefing meetings with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Create engaging job adverts and share across relevant job portals.
- Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team.
- Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates.
- Share feedback and updates with active candidates and recruiters.
- Provide update reports and ensure systems compliance for each role.
- Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Ensure all applicants have a great candidate experience.
- Interview and follow up referrals from management and employees.
- Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration
- Fluent English Language
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Eligibility for Tamheer Program
