Job Brief

The employer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join its Dubai team.

The role takes full ownership of core HR functions and administrative operations in a collaborative, close-knit environment.

The employer is a real estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai, with more than 15 years in the UAE market and activities across sales, leasing, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management.
  • Support recruitment through CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and basic HR-related accounting support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations.
  • Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required.
  • Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in an HR role within the UAE.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Workplace and Location

Compensation

  • The description states a salary of up to AED 12,000 per month based on experience.
