The role focuses on business development and revenue growth for a healthcare, medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, dental clinic, or hospital business.
The successful candidate will generate opportunities, build strategic partnerships, expand the client base, and support revenue growth in the UAE healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase clinic revenue.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote healthcare services, wellness programs, and treatment packages.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with medical, operations, and marketing teams for client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports and represent the clinic at relevant events.
