Responsibilities
- Execute all End of Employment procedures upon receipt of Resignation/Termination including verifying notice period, last working day, leave records, leave encashment, and unpaid leave
- Process acceptance of resignation/end of employment/retirement/absconding/employment certificates and obtain authorization from signatories
- Oversee update of LWD in Master files
- Process clearances and follow up on pending clearances
- Advise concerned department on recoveries/reimbursement for full and final settlement
- Notify concerned bank to obtain Bank clearance
- Ensure submission of Travel Request cargo entitlement based on Higher Management Instruction
- Process Full and Final settlement and advise finance department
- Ensure conclusion of staff file with legal clearance letter, update separations register, and handover file to filing room
- Perform other department duties as directed by Head of Department
Requirements
- High school qualification/vocational qualification/diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of job related experience
- Experience in Human Resources
- Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience
- Exposure to HR Systems and interviewing techniques
- Excellent command of English language
- Proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet changing demands

About the role
- Qatar Airways announces an exciting opportunity to join HR System and Administration team as HR Separations Coordinator based in Doha, Qatar.
- The role is accountable to coordinate operations of Separations Department, ensuring professional, accurate and timely services to separated staff and oversee overall Separation process across QR Group.
Specific responsibilities
- Execute all End of Employment procedures upon receipt of Resignation/Termination including verifying notice period, last working day, leave records, leave encashment, unpaid leave, welcome bonus, Furnishing Allowances, Telephone and Email bill payments.
- Process acceptance of resignation/end of employment/retirement/absconding/employment certificates and obtain authorization from signatories, keeping all concerned departments informed.
- Oversee update of LWD in Master files.
- Process clearances and follow up on pending clearances.
- Advise concerned department on recoveries/reimbursement for full and final settlement.
