Vogue Hospitality is seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through joining.
The role may be performed on a full-time or part-time basis and requires the ability to manage recruitment independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements.
- Conduct reference and document checks when required.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment campaigns when required.
- Build a talent pool for current and future vacancies.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Three to five years of recruitment experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
