Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
- Manage end to end recruitment for multiple vacancies across various industries and functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Perform market mapping and headhunting for hard to fill positions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for both White Collar and Grey Collar positions
- Strong end to end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various industries and functions
- Excellent candidate sourcing, networking, and talent acquisition skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Minimum 3–5 years of intensive recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Must be available for immediate joining

- BIN SHABIB GROUP is seeking an experienced Recruiter for White Collar and Grey Collar recruitment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for both White Collar and Grey Collar positions.
- Strong end to end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Prior experience in recruiting local/national talent across the UK, Europe, Singapore, and GCC countries will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated exposure to international recruitment markets and local hiring regulations is preferred.

Experience Required
