HR Manager – Multi-Business Group

About the Role

HR Management Across Businesses

• Manage and oversee HR operations across multiple companies and business units.
• Develop and implement standardized HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across the group.
• Work with management and department heads on manpower planning and employee requirements.
• Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Create job advertisements, source candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department managers.
• Ensure timely hiring based on business requirements and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially.
• Support management in resolving employee issues.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.

HR Operations and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
• Manage employment contracts, probation, confirmations, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
• Coordinate visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and other employment documentation with the relevant team or PRO.
• Monitor attendance, leave, employee records, and HR databases.

Performance, Payroll, and Reporting

• Develop KPI and performance appraisal systems and coordinate probation and annual performance reviews.
• Support performance improvement plans, employee development, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, final settlements, and benefits with Finance.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor turnover and recruitment progress, and recommend HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and manage multiple priorities across businesses.

Preferred and Advantageous Qualifications

• Previous experience managing HR for multiple companies, business units, or a group of companies is highly preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• CIPD, SHRM, or another HR certification is an advantage.
