- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations
- Excellent coaching and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Professional HR certifications would be advantageous

The Role
- The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to department leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management initiatives.
