About the Role
Nestlé Waters KSA is seeking an HR Assistant Trainee for its Tamheer program in Riyadh. The role supports daily HR operations, employee relations, documentation, and processes. Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters and daily employee requests
- Assist in following up on employee cases, concerns, and required actions
- Support the disciplinary process by preparing and organizing warning letters, investigation documents, and related records
- Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and official documentation
- Prepare HR letters, forms, acknowledgments, and employee related documents
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation when needed
- Coordinate with employees and line managers to collect required documents and approvals
- Assist in tracking pending HR actions and ensuring timely follow up
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Fresh graduate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and English

Position Summary

A Day in the Life
- Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters and daily employee requests
- Assist in following up on employee cases, concerns, and required actions

- Assist in documenting violations, attendance issues, and employee misconduct cases
- Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and official documentation
- Prepare HR letters, forms, acknowledgments, and employee related documents
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation when needed
- Coordinate with employees and line managers to collect required documents and approvals
- Assist in tracking pending HR actions and ensuring timely follow up
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR cases
- Support HR operations and any additional tasks assigned by the HR team
