Your Role

Technogym Emirates is looking for a fresher or junior experienced HR Assistant (UAE National)

to support insurance-related work and assist the HR team.

(Full-time or part-time opportunities are available.)

The ideal candidate should have relevant knowledge along with excellent communication skills.

This role is essential to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant handling of all employee insurance and related HR administrative tasks.

Your Impact

  • Handling insurance-related tasks, including additions and deletions
  • Managing vehicle agreements and coordinating with departments, new joiners, and vendors
  • Arranging supplies related to the office
  • Supporting the HR team in organizing HR events and related tasks

About You

  • UAE National (Emirati) candidates only
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration
  • Basic knowledge of insurance handling is an advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
