- Manage day to day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well maintained office environment
- Oversee workplace services and office supplies, ensuring adequate availability of amenities and consumables
- Lead end to end office renovation, fit out, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff
- Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and operational issues
- Manage relationships with facility service providers and vendors
- Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team

Your Impact
- Manage day to day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well maintained office environment.
