- Manage the day to day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well maintained office environment
- Oversee workplace services and office supplies, ensuring adequate availability of amenities and consumables
- Lead end to end office renovation, fit out, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff
- Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and operational issues
- Manage relationships with facility service providers and vendors
- Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements

Your Role
- Technogym Emirates is looking for a Facilities & Workplace Specialist (UAE National) to support and assist the HR team.
- Full time or part time opportunities are available.
- The ideal candidate should have relevant knowledge along with excellent communication skills.
Your Impact
- Manage the day to day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well maintained office environment for all employees and visitors.
- Oversee workplace services and office supplies, ensuring adequate availability of amenities, consumables, and facility resources.
- Lead end to end office renovation, fit out, maintenance, and improvement projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, hospitality, and overall workplace presentation.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
- Manage relationships with facility service providers and vendors, monitoring service quality, contract compliance, and performance standards.
- Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements in line with company policies and local regulations.
