Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff

Role Overview
- Being a Pullman Heartist means embodying commitment, adaptability, and creativity.
- Join a hotel that is part of the Accor network with over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for upkeep of guest floors, public areas, and back areas as per standards.
- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff.
- Ensure guest supplies are replenished.
- Optimize work productivity by effectively scheduling and allocating resources.
- Recommend changes in methods or equipment to improve departmental standards.
- Ensure team follows periodical cleaning schedules.
- Ensure guest requirements and requests are promptly and efficiently responded to.
- Conduct regular room checklists.
- Record room status in allocated section accurately.
- Comply with hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policies.
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
