Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all company facilities including office spaces, warehouses, and staff areas in UAE
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff—ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE—placing orders and coordinating vendor deliveries as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness, compliance with UAE workplace health regulations, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with facility management and security teams to address maintenance issues, pest control, or emergency cleanliness needs
- Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in cleaning efficiency and team productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Lead in UAE based commercial, industrial, or logistics environments
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) for reporting, training, and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations for workplace cleanliness and waste disposal
- Proficiency in managing cleaning schedules, staff rosters, and supply inventory
- Ability to operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, pressure washers)
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills for real time operational adjustments

Must Have
