- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to staff
- Train and mentor new housekeeping team members

- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and order as needed
- Respond to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Create daily cleaning schedules and maintain records
- Assist with monthly inventory and performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years housekeeping experience in luxury or five star hotel
- At least 1 2 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Physical stamina for extended periods and flexible hours

- Check rooms after cleaning to verify standards
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Order supplies in coordination with manager within budget
- Ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning chemicals
- Respond to guest requests and complaints
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues
- Create daily cleaning schedules and maintain records
Experience Needed
- Minimum 2 5 years housekeeping experience in luxury or five star hotel
- At least 1 2 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with PMS and Microsoft Office
- Physical stamina for extended periods and flexible hours
