About the Role
Kerten Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Manager for The House Hotel Jeddah. You will oversee all housekeeping operations, manage staff, control budgets, and ensure quality standards.

- Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and facilities meet quality and brand standards
- Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Monitor daily cleaning schedules, inspections, and deep cleaning programs
- Control housekeeping budgets, inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all housekeeping operations
- Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B to align guest services and operational needs
- Address guest feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring continuous improvement
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency
- Introduce new housekeeping tools, equipment, and eco friendly practices
- Use digital systems to monitor room status, inventory, and performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years of housekeeping experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and inventory control
- Proven leadership, organizational, and training skills
- Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping management systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic

Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 6 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and inventory control.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and training skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping management systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
