Position Summary
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel while helping create a memorable guest experience.
Perform a wide range of housekeeping functions and take a hands-on approach to assigned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and support a positive guest experience.
- Stock carts and clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Complete other reasonable housekeeping duties as requested.
- Remain active throughout the workday, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Work Requirements
- Follow company policies and procedures, workplace safety requirements, confidentiality standards, and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
Workplace
- The position is full-time and based at the Sheraton hotel in Doha, Qatar.
- The role is non-management and involves hands-on work throughout the hotel.
