About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to guests during their stay and ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas as per hotel standards
- Liaise with Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guest requests are attended to in a timely manner
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
- Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
- Supervise end of day closing of service area and ensure all equipment are in appropriate place
- Properly stock guest amenities, cleaning supplies, mini bar, and clean linen on trolley before starting work
- Check and note rooms with MAKE UP sign
- Check and note rooms with Do Not Disturb sign before end of shift and respect DND sign
Requirements
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role in 5* hotel is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for service
- Good communication skills with ability to speak fluent English
- Physically active and efficient

What you will be doing
- Provide assistance to the guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas as per the hotel standards

- Personally supervise the end of day closing of the service area and makes sure that all equipment are in appropriate place and nothing is left around which can be hazardous.

Your experience and skills include
