Role Overview
- You will lead the day to day operations of the property, ensuring that guest experience standards are consistently delivered while meeting financial and operational targets.
- You will actively manage performance through key metrics, balancing occupancy, rate, cost control, and productivity, while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and improve profitability across all areas under your responsibility.
- A strong emphasis on quality management is critical in this role.
- You will also play a key role in shaping the overall direction of the hotel alongside the General Manager and senior leadership team.
- Leadership is at the core of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain rigorous service standards, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints and driving continuous improvement through feedback, audits, and operational reviews.
- Work closely with department heads to embed a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and pride in delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and ensure alignment between operational execution and business goals.
- Build strong cross functional relationships, particularly with Food and Beverage and Sales, to deliver a seamless and commercially sound guest experience.
- Inspire and develop your teams, building strong departmental leaders and ensuring high levels of engagement, capability, and succession readiness.
