Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Hostess role based in Dubai.
- The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Clear communication with both guests and team members is required to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in managing reservations and maintaining organization in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service and expertise in phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and poise.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous waitressing experience is a must.
