- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Provide recommendations and promote special drinks or menu items
- Maintain bar stock, restock supplies, and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following hygiene and safety standards
- Process orders and payments accurately, following cash handling procedures
- Uphold responsible alcohol service and monitor guest consumption
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and reporting
- Collaborate with team members and support other departments to ensure smooth service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional, and timely service
Requirements
- Experience in bartending or beverage service
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and beverage recipes
- Ability to maintain bar stock and monitor inventory
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
