Abajour Restaurant is hiring a Hostess for its restaurant operation.
The role includes guest reception, booking management, customer support, and front-of-house coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings in person, over the phone, or online.
- Provide waiting times to customers who are not pre-booked.
- Create an atmosphere consistent with the restaurant or bar image and branding.
- Support customer feedback and help resolve customer issues.
- Provide personalized assistance to large parties and VIP guests.
- Ensure front-of-house cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing.
- Learn the food and beverage menu.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- One to two years of related employment experience in an international environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
