- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Collaborate with bar manager and F&B service to accommodate guest preferences
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Help with administrative tasks such as managing guest lists and updating seating arrangements

Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
