- Support hospital accreditation processes and quality management systems
- Track, investigate, and report incidents, complaints, and non conformities
- Develop, review, and update hospital policies, procedures, and quality documentation
- Analyze quality indicators, clinical data, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement
- Conduct staff training and awareness programs related to quality standards, compliance requirements, and patient safety
- Prepare reports and presentations for hospital leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with clinical and non clinical departments to drive quality initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, accreditation, or hospital operations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with hospital accreditation programs and quality management systems
- Excellent analytical, auditing, documentation, and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools
- Willingness to relocate to Nauru if applying from overseas
- Experience in hospital accreditation standards (JCI, ACHS, ISO, or equivalent) preferred
- Certification in Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management, or Compliance preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to support and maintain quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards across our hospital operations.
